Our preference is for existing income producing properties that are distressed due to vacancy or deferred maintenance. We cooperate with brokers who procure qualified investment opportunities, and will usually offer an exclusive listing to lease the same property.

• California and Texas markets primarily. Would consider Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
• Will consider joint ventures with existing property owners wishing to maximize the value of their assets.
